Electrical Billing Coordinator

McIntyre Electrical Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Billing Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who will provide prompt and efficient day to day admin support and billing across our operations unit.

You don’t need to be a qualified electrician, but we are looking for someone who has knowledge of the electrical industry and can tell their MCBs from their RCDs.

You will be providing comprehensive and proactive administrative support to both internal and external customers, so good communication skills are a must.

A solid understanding of Outlook and MS Office is a must and knowledge of CLIK and MSP would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be given to a really solid and experienced administrator.

You’ll need to be literate, numerate and know your way around a computer.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient billing support to the team.
  • Ensure all billing is up to date and monies are accrued in a timely fashion
  • Be initial point of contact for both internal and external billing inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Plan all work activities to achieve contractually specified timescales.
